Itachi Uchiha (Naruto) V.S Azula (ATLA)

tbh the funny thing is speed equalized makes it better for itachi lol so since its obvious you were trying to make it easier for azula im removing the speed equalized im also assuming its the itachi that sasuke fought so no edo feets azula is also composed so not as weak as she was against zuko

Azula

Speed: this is actually her big advantage since zuko himself states that he wouldnt stand a chance against her usually this tells me that she is superior to eos zuko who was able to catch ozai's lightning from only meters away this this making her easily mulitple times the speed of lightning considering how close it was

Attack potency: this part is a bit tricky since they arent many destructive feets in avatar but the best metric we have is comparing azula to aang in the avatar state as she was able to one shot him with a lightning bolt. Aang in the avatar state is a strong as any previous avatar so any feets they have he can do aswell so for example avatar kyoshi was said to have split a continent with literally just airbending this easily puts the avatar in the continental ranges so even if we say that azula is a hundred times weaker than avatar state aang she would still be country level and thats lowballing aang aswell as azula

Itachi

Speed: similar kind of feets to azula reacted to a lightning based attack (kirin) the main difference being that itachi had a few seconds of sasuke creating the jutsu aswell as the lightning dragon being in the atmosphere making it easily a few hundred meters in the air and all he was able to do was activate his susanoo not dodge it or anything this would make itachi barely relativistic to lightning speed considering he SAW the dragon for a few seconds before it droppped and it was hundreds of meters away

Attack potency: should scale above swordless Kisame who tanked the "island shaking" hirudora whichs pure size dwarfed the nearby island should be concretely above mountain level as he vastly outscales the weaker members of the akatsuki who have to beat the tailed beasts

i conclusion as ive laid out Itachi should be no diffed honestly considering using the feats ive put forward azula would be hundreds of times faster than itachi meaning as soon as the fight starts she would one shot him with a lightning bolt sure he has hax such as amatarasu and his susanoo but due to the huge speed disparity he would not even be able to activate any of these abilities before being killed
